Jim Lamb also known as “Prof Lamb” among the elders is a retired educator and manufacturing quality systems manager.  He currently serves as an Adjunct Instructor of Mathematics at Tri-County Technical College in Easley and Pendleton.  Jim is an Army veteran and served in the Vietnam War.

Jim’s wife, Dee is a dean and chemistry professor at Greenville Technical College.  These life long educators have two adult children.

Jim is a twin and a native of Michigan.  His annual fishing pilgrimage to Michigan with his brother has become a source of enduring stories that he likes to share with the Mosaic family.  Jim is an avid hiker and has spent a great deal of time on trails in the foothills of the Carolinas.

Jim and Dee joined Mosaic in 2004.  In addition to serving as an Elder, he has led small groups and MCF’s 27:17 Men’s Ministry.  His passion for helping men become better fathers, husbands and brothers in Christ birthed MCF’s annual Men’s Winter Retreat entering its 8th year at Lake Jocassee.  Jim can be reached at: jim.lamb@charter.net
